Cultural and Language Counseling Particularly on international relocation or temporary assignments, offering this component of the program can put you head and shoulders above the competition. HERS can assist your department in developing an offering that meets the needs of each situation. HERS can work with your institutions HR department program offering or recommend firms that we work with and monitor, to deliver a variety of services: Orientation and cultural training ranging from half day consultations to ongoing services for the entire length of an assignment Language training ranging from self tutoring to hands on interpretation services Development of ongoing orientation and/or language training programs for international programs or campuses Develop orientation and/or language training programs for individual new hires or international overseas assignments Please be sure to check Cultural Language Counseling and include a dollar allowance when completing your Member Service Member Service Request Form to include this component of the program in your offering or contact a HERS team member to discuss your challenges.
