Our real estate expert will arrange for your assigned listing agent to provide tips on presenting your home in its’ most marketable light; comparable sale information, home value assessment and a detailed marketing plan including recommended advertising and open house information. To assist in finding your new home, we arrange for your assigned agent to make the best use of your home finding visit(s) by assessing your requirements in a thorough pre-visit consultation. Appropriate property information will be provided and viewing appointments scheduled prior to your arrival. On both ends your agent will provide appropriate banking and closure services to insure smooth transactions.
